Charlotte Davey - Founder of Her Game Her Way | @charlottedaveymedia

Hey! I am Charlotte and I’m 21. I study Modern Languages with English Literature at University and am currently living in France for my year abroad. I have always had a strong passion and love for women’s football. During my teenage years the sport captured my attention and became a safe space for me, which led me to dip my toes in sports media. I am a Spurs women’s season ticket holder, but I’ll never turn down the opportunity to watch a women’s football match, whatever the team! There’s no better way to spend my weekends than at the football!

For me, there is no more special a feeling than being part of the women’s football community. This is why I am dedicating my free time to creating content that empowers women in sport and builds a community, where those aspiring to work in media have a platform to create unique content and gain experience while doing something they love. Thank you for becoming part of my journey.

Aaliyah Spencer - Journalist | @liyathfc

Hi, I'm Liya and I'm a huge fan of women's football, particularly the Lionesses, Reggae Girlz, and Spurs Women. My favourite players are Lucy Bronze and Becky Spencer. I love watching academy players develop and can't wait to see the futures of young stars like Michelle Agyemang and Aggie Beever Jones unfold.

I want to be a part of HGHW because I aspire to have a career in the media of women's football. I want to advocate and celebrate the achievements of black players and neuro divergent players, as well as promoting equality in the game. I want to be part of the growth in women's football, so things like making goalkeeper kits available for fans and brands offering the women namesets matters a lot to me.

My name's Nerea, I'm twenty one years old, turning 22 this year. I'm based in Hertfordshire and have been studying in London for a number of years. My teams are Manchester United (by default, my family supports them) and Arsenal! (I prefer the women's teams, although the Arsenal men's team are fairly decent too). Internationally,I also support England, Spain and the Basque Country (a region in the north of Spain, my family are from there).

I'm very passionate about football, and have been following the game since 2021. Funnily enough, it was a show on TV that sparked my interest in the sport. I watched a few seasons of that show and the seed grew and I decided to give it a go. Euro 2022 was my first tournament I went to.
